One of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I've ever been. Perfect place to relax and have some time off. We stayed only 3 nights and spent the days exploring the mountains. But I could've seen myself relaxing by the pool reading a book for days. Everything was nicely renovated and clean. Beautiful garden and fresh flowers in the room. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and coffee served to the table. Room had good A/C. Location was good. Nice drives to everywhere in Gerês.

Our hostess was gracious enough to have breakfast ready for us each morning with fresh bread delivered from the local baker. The location was perfect, with walking/hiking trails located directly by the house. If you want a quite, peaceful & beautiful place to stay close to Braga (south) or Gerês (north), we cannot recommend Casa da Obrinha enough & are certain you will love it here too!
