The housekeeper was very friendly and took us with his car from the airport to the house. We also used the kitchen for cooking some food and there was everthing what we need. The beach is near to the house, you have to walk 10 minutes.

And they were very helpful to switch our rooms once we realised that it was too close to the road and many motorcyclist visiting the island that week. It was just unfortunate because otherwise it's usually very quiet. They have a bar right at the beach, it was our second time.

It is comfortable, spacious and very well kept. The view and the terrace make the stay unforgettable. The location is also very convenient, quiet and away from the noise of the street while still being very close to the beach and the city centre. Additionally, the host was very kind and helpful. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Due to an unexpected turn in the weather, we were advised that our return ferry to Funchal, the following day, was cancelled. So we made the decision to leave that day and so in fact, did not stay in the hotel overnight. Our impressions were, that it was very good value for money. We walked from the airport to the hotel which only took 30 minutes. We arrived very early in the morning and as the hotel quiet at this time they let us check in early and have breakfast. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Staff super friendly and helpful. I had an incredible massage in the spa. A lovely, peaceful place. We can’t wait to return!LauraYoung couple
