Our room on the 8th floor was clean, comfy, v quiet and we even had a view of the lake. There is a lift to save you legs. Location is fantastic in the old quarter which we explorered on foot. Breakfast was lovely we are now addicted to Pho for breakfast. A big thanks to all the team.

It was clean, beautiful interiors, helpful and friendly staff, bed was incredibly comfortable. It had a luxury feel for Vietnam and reasonably priced. The hotel location was central, convenient and located on a quieter street so there was zero noise pollution at nighttime. We loved it so much after the Ha Giang loop we stayed here again before we flew home.

The location is perfect, the room was super clean and QUIET, the bed really comfy and the staff was welcoming. Special mention to Justin who made us feel super special. The lady at the reception gave us the best recommendation for Bun Cha. Unfortunaly we couldn't have breakfast because we left too early, and the staff made sure that we had some food to take away. Just brilliant.
