It was a unique stay. Had the best night's sleep as the bed was so comfortable and the boat a very calm and quiet environment. Gent itself is a peaceful and quiet city thanks to very low car traffic. The breakfast was exceptionell, the place was shipshape, and Sven is a fab host.

The hosts are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The property is very nice and maintained with care and love, very quiet and peaceful but at the same time well-located for the short trips around (like Ghent or Brugge).

The friendly and welcoming hosts & house cat 👍🏼 the luxury of free parking. The delicious coffee and welcoming dessert and snacks from the host. The location although by the road was ‘quiet’ and walking distance to the old town square.

Greetje was a perfect host and very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well stocked and it is a very peaceful building. The location is perfect as it's quiet and only a short walk to the town centre/Christmas Markets/Historical Buildings. It was a perfect stay.

Do not miss this dream B&B in the middle of a neat rose farm, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, superclean bathrooms, delicious warm breakfast freshly made by the Host. Even the driving through the quiet and peaceful village to the farm gave a sense of rural tranquility. Best overnight stay if you visit this area or just bypassing. Parking is free, bikeroads are near, the air is crisp and fresh, and the hosts are welcoming. A+

Everything was brand new, tech controlled lighting and entry, super spacious room and we were given an upgrade, really quiet location and a short walk into the centre, nice products to use too. We loved the spa access - private session and it was a luxurious experience that was welcome after the cycle from Bruges. Thank you!

Very nice hotel with large, modern rooms, and a very good restaurant next door. Breakfast was very good, and they had no problem catering for my food allergies. The restaurant next to the hotel is very special, with excellent food, very friendly owners, and a lovely interior. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel/restaurant is next to a main road, so it's not completely peaceful (although out in the countryside). However, the room was perfectly quiet at night and has air conditioning. Great location for exploring the area.
