Some rooms are ideally catered for families and there is a luxury ground floor room for guests with mobility issues. Everything about this house is fantastic we were really made to feel at home here, on arrival they upgraded our room and the room was beautifully done and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent not our first time staying here and hopefully will not be our last. We would highly recommend this beautiful house.

Beautiful house, amazing views. There is plenty of space for a large family holiday. We all had a fantastic time, and we ranged in age from 20 to 83. Nothing was too much trouble. Anything we needed was sorted straight away, perfect hosts. Every detail has been thought of. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. We would definitely book again.

I loved the peace and quiet of the place. The shower was excellent and the whole bathroom was impeccably cleaned, as was the rest of the space.

The village of Rowen is just 1 mile away and the property offers free parking. A charming cottage in a quite, calm and relaxing area of countryside just few minutes with the car out of Conwy. The location is convenient to visit lots of sightseeing in the north of Wells. The cottage itself is very nice decorated, high quality mattress and pillows, equipped kitchen and a generous shower for UK standards. The owners are very friendly and professional people and we really hope to see them again and spend more time there again

My family and I had a wonderful time as it was an adventure from start to finish. We are from the US and decided to stay here for five nights. The Mongolian yurt provided a nice mix of the type of minimalist camping that I enjoy and a more glamping type experience for my kids and wife enjoy. The weather was very wet with high winds, but Sally did a really good job of making sure we were alright and we never wanted for dry firewood. I would without a doubt come back for spring when the weather is warmer. There are countless areas to explore and miles and miles of hiking. Wildlife is very abundant. We saw foxes, rabbits, pheasants, and countless songbirds within our compound. On clear, sunny days you can see the ocean in the distance and green pastures that seem to go on forever. On clear evenings, my children and I enjoyed identifying constellations whilst sitting by the fire. The location is great to, allowing for daytrips to Snowdonia, Conwy, and countless castles.
