Location&neighbourhood great!peaceful,quiet,posh area. Close to South Kensington tube station,many choices to eat and drink nearby. New,modern and chic building and flat (Kyoto Suite 2) Very kind and helpful staff.

The flat has numerous delightful features. The loving room is bright and spacious, with a really comfy sofa. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are also quite comfortable. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the location is fantastic, only a stone’s throw away from Portobello Market. The host is extremely welcoming and we appreciated that he was always very responsive and quick to reply. I would book it again!

Close to the tube, larger than average room, very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit old and tired but it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also a nice surprise with strong coffee (much needed with a baby!) and friendly and attentive staff. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but for the price, we thought it was excellent value.

Quiet, peaceful location just a short walk from High Street shops & transport. Luxurious bed linen, pillows & mattresses compared to most budget hostels. Fantastic, spacious communal/dining area with TVs & vending machines

Spotless, very comfortable, touch of luxury with the coffee pods and accompanying chocolates. Bath and shower, luxurious towels that wrap around you, quiet, delicious breakfast and super value for money for London! Really appreciated the free drink voucher for the bar too! Nothing was too much trouble and we were given extra coffee and water within minutes of requesting it. Gorgeous!

Very luxurious room and quiet, peaceful location despite being right at the heart of the airport

Beautiful luxurious decor and attention to detail. Designer and top class feel from reception to the room. Amazing brand new shower,comfy bed. The room was ‘cozy’ but the space was utilised well.The TV was huge. The bathroom was regular room size and had a stunning and spacious balcony. The room was quiet and peaceful Little extras like kettle ,tea and coffee and biscuits made all the difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again

Peaceful. Quiet. Luxury. Quality. Multimedia system. Staff is excellent. House cleaning is just pure pro, really really good. Water pressure is great. Heating is plentiful. Additional possibility of air conditioning seperate fot every room in the apartment! Location next to the tube is excellent! Really superb experience!

in the centre and heart of london! although the hotel was peaceful and quiet. i told reception it was my birthday without thinking anything by it and came into my room later that evening, where they had put towel swans and rose petals, beers, luxury chocolates, a plate of treats and a card wishing me a good day! staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. my room was extremely clean and had all of the appliances. 1000% staying here again no question.
