Wonderful suroundings and a beautiful building. I liked the vibe of a country hostel with the facilities such as shower- and drying-room. It was very quiet and peaceful during winter and close to hiking trails as well as the train station.
Lovely, peaceful and friendly hotel. A sort of cross between hotel and country house with sitting rooms and conservatory downstairs. Front sitting room has a TV (there aren’t any TVs in the rooms) and an epic selection of books. Breakfast and Evening meals are excellent quality. An honesty bar downstairs offers plenty of choices. Bedroom and bathroom we’re comfortable, quiet and very clean.
The cabin was in a fantastic location- quiet, beautiful scenery and it was equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, cosy lounge and interesting Kestrel themed decorations. The book of instructions is very detailed which was helpful. It would also be nice to have a book of recommendations of local things to do -hikes, cafes etc. Watching the birds on the feeder was delightful and the swing was a nice addition. The countryside is stunning and we enjoyed hiking.
The location was very peaceful. We went for a specific reason and it was winter time, so lots of hiking in the rain, but amazing countryside.
Beautiful country house, very quiet and peaceful, excellent breakfast, big room very clean.
House in a very good location. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. good place for hiking.
Quiet and peaceful location but within easy distance of all the delights Anglesey has to offer. The bed was so comfortable we had amazing nights sleep and the bathroom was wonderfully modern with plenty of hot water. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts with a plentiful and delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. The surrounding countryside was lovely and peaceful just the tonic !!
House set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The family we stayed with were so friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for looking after us, hope to see you again in the future.
