Offering free WiFi and a garden, Limefield House is a Listed Georgian property situated in Livingston. The Livingston Designer Centre, The Elements and The Almondvale Retail Centre are all within an 8-minute drive from the property. Free private parking is available on site. Location was gorgeous - very private and extremely comfortable. Historical interest too. Host was lovely and we kept in contact throughout the stay to book breakfasts each day. The breakfasts were exceptional - good value for money - beautifully cooked full breakfast or scrambled egg and smoked salmon, for example. Plenty of tea/coffee and toast/croissants/cereal/yoghurts/fruit too. Would 100% come back again. Thanks to Greig for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming Skye too!

Around 10 miles east of Edinburgh city centre, the 14th-century castle on Faside Estate provides luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation. It offers free parking and WiFi and continental breakfast served in your room. It was a great opportunity to stay in a renovated castle, with the use of two floors & the roof top which had excellent views over Edinburgh & Blackness Bay. The 7ft bed was really comfy & basically we had everything we needed including loads of breakfast & lots of hot water for a relaxing bath after a long day. Our hosts Iain & Sue were also lovely and made us feel very welcome indeed.

Breakfast at Arden Country House is freshly prepared and includes cooked items, fruit and cereal. It is served in the breakfast room for guests staying in B&B rooms and offers views of the gardens. Special diets can be accommodated on request. 10/10, we only spent one night but everything was perfect, from the hospitality of the owners, to the pleasant room and wonderfull breakfast (the best I had so far in any bookings). Would recommend without hesitation.

Located in North Berwick in the Lothian region, Stunning Stables Cottage in East Lothian Country Estate has a patio. The property is around 33 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, 33 km from Royal Mile and 34 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Muirfield. Location was amazing, really quiet and scenic and great walks for our dog. Private tennis court was a bonus. Only 15 min drive to North Berwick. Lots to see and do in the area.
