The apartment was wonderful. It was bigger than I thought and well decorated. The apartment was very clean too. The outdoor area was stunning! A beautiful lake and a luscious garden where you could relax in the evening after a long day with a calm and quiet environment with very friendly pets. However, the real gem of this country house is the hostess Uliana, who is extremely friendly and welcoming and makes a wonderful breakfast.

For me a very good location.Close to the bus station,shop and market better for me nis green bazaar because for the locals. At the same time it is at such a distance that it is quiet and peaceful.I was for one night.

Very spacious. Well ventilated, well lit. Friendly staff and guests. Peaceful and quiet. It is a short and simple walk from a bazaar and the city bus depot, as well, it is adjacent to one of the best parks in the city. Ideal place for both short and long stays. I plan on staying here again if I’m ever in Kutaisi.

Very friendly owners. You can have a nice chat (if you know russian), they will treat you to wine and honey from their own apiary. The place is in walking distance to the old town of Kutaisi, at the same time far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. There is a big shop nearby. On request, the owners will arrange transport from the airport (we paid 35 GEL). Breakfasts (additionally payable) are very generous.

Spotless clean room. A bit far from the centre, but the area is peaceful and quiet, which may be an asset. Delicious, generous home made breakfast. The owner speaks very good English and is very helpful in getting around Kutaisi - or organising day trips containing main attractions.
