Food is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is kept beautifully. Tea gardens are beautiful to look at. You get to visit their tea factory to learn how tea is made. I learned more about tea and understood the difference tastewise in yields from different times of the year. They have heat pans under bed, room heater, working fire place and a great bathroom which has continuous hot water. Loved this place. Price is totally worth it considering their services. They also offer pick up and drop. Would love to visit again.

The Bagdogra Airport is 40 km while the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and the City Bus Station are 45 km. Since there were very few guests when we were there, we had to pre-order breakfast. It was ready a little bit later than usual time. One of the items was not fresh, re-heated most likely. In general, food was good. We also enjoyed walking through the tea gardens which was right outside the gates. Plenty of hills and scenic trails to safely enjoy.
