Very neat and clean. The furniture is beautiful and luxurious. The apartment is in a great, peaceful location. The host was kind and helpful.

Excellent value-for-money apartment positioned directly on the sea-front, located in the peaceful area of Dobrota. Open all year long, a perfect place for sunbathing beside the sea even in the winter. Excellent hiking routes up the mountain available nearby. Perast is a 10min ride, Kotor old-town 4km walk.

Accommodation in a quiet and peaceful village right in front of the sea. The owner couple is friendly and it is a 5-minute drive to Kotor Old Town. Personally, I liked it better than the accommodations in Old Town, and the atmosphere of the sea village remains in my memory for a long time.

Lovely clean and simple rooms. Really quiet and peaceful with great location and lovely host. NOT a hostel, but that’s fine! Will be returning again!

Lovely place to stay in the hills above Kotor - much quieter and more peaceful than down on the bay although you need a car to get around. The view from our balcony was wonderful and the apartment was great with good kitchen facilities. Lovely pool area with stunning views.

The best thing about this property is the seaside location, apartments above ground level have balconies with bay view and it's so much fun to have breakfast there. Despite the location on the promenade it felt quiet and peaceful. The host was very welcoming and generous, the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, and in the communal space there were many things for the guests to use or borrow, like umbrellas, mosquito repellent and extra coffee capsules.

Excellent location, close to beaches and the old town but quiet and peaceful

Amazing location. Close enough to Kotor (10min cab ride) but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The outside of the property is amazing. Private beach and pool and the pier is super nice. Also the rooms are on the older side but we enjoyed it as it was charming.

Palazzo Sbutega is a great place to stay when in Kotor Bay - a place with elegance and exceptional hospitality. Nigel and Filip were great with taking care of every detail and we felt as at home. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the bay and mountains. It was quiet and peaceful. There are a few nice restaurants with a walking distance and 10 minutes drive to Kotor or 20 to Tivat with plenty of other choices. There are also a few hiking trails starting there or close by.
