Really great quiet location, close to Yosemite national park. Facilities were really good, swim and hot tub at the end of a day hiking were a bonus. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Perfect spot for 2 days recreation. Gated resort. Quiet. Everything what you need is in the condo. Well maintained. Hiking and biking (www.pedalforwardbikes.com) excellent.

Luxurious experience before and after a busy day of Yosemite hiking just outside the park entrance. Outside jacuzzi in combination with pool Villas having sufficient space to relax and all windows with insect screen.

Very quiet place. The host is very reactive for late arrival. She provided me very good hiking place close to the long barn. It was a nice surprise. The room was very large and well equiped for a night stay. I recommand this place.

Good value for money for having a comfortable bed when hiking in Yosemite and planning short-notice. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast (extra pay, but clearly indicated). Guest kitchen with plenty of fridge space available for free. About 50 mins drive to the Yosemite valley, on a reasonably quiet road (though windy and with some road-works).

Exactly as advertised! The property was perfect for what we wanted. After two weeks spent in busy hotels, this was the most peaceful way to end our trip. Ellen and Neil were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The patio area with local wildlife was so lovely and a great way to end a big day hiking in Yosemite (with a glass of wine)! Supermarket just 3 minute drive away! with everything we needed. Thanks again for the perfect stay.

The foothill retreat did exactly what it says in the title - it was a retreat from everything, beautifully quiet and peaceful with incredible views across the valley. With an amazing outdoor space, we were able to relax by the fire pit in the evening and enjoy a bbq with 2 very friendly cats! The apartment itself was well equipped with a kitchen area including a fridge, coffee machine and air conditioning. Overall a fantastic experience.
