The room was larger than expected. The shower was hot and had really good water pressure. I basically booked hotel accommodation over a private stay, because I wanted air conditioning. The air conditioning was very effective. The bed was very comfortable. There was no audible outside noise.

Don't be deceived from the staying in these units they have been upgraded in tiles, flooring and linen. Great bed design as well.
