Wonderful stay in a bush setting just outside of Margaret river. 5 min to the beach. Easy driving to all the wineries and hiking trails. Was nice to have breakfast provided and there was a grill and frig and microwave and electric fryer for our evening cooking needs after a long day out and about. Great books on local info!

Situated a comfortably short walk from the bottom of the town, Margaret River Guesthouse, is ideally located for access to the town. It is super clean, exceptionally presented and with Lisa ‘front of house’ and Kieran producing incredible breakfasts every time, when few places seldom deserve the hype (and often ratings) they receive, this one definitely does. Lisa knows all the best places (vineyards, pubs, eateries and beaches) to go, she is the font of all knowledge and NEVER forgets your name (or your breakfast tea/coffee preference) once she has looked you in the eyes and repeated your name just the once.

The kitchen appliances were easy to use and well maintained, but were quite elderly. The house was overlooked by quite thick woodland at the back, which was a very lovely setting, but kept the house quite dark with no sun, so that it was quite chilly.
