It is a lovely cottage, beautifully designed, warm and cosy with beautiful views and in the heart of Marysville. Close to walks etc but also close to shops etc. Wendy our host was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Would have loved a window that was bigger and ran the length of the room, to take in the gorgeous view of the trees outside. Shower was amazing! Nice to have some toiletries. We enjoyed the pool and sauna and the tennis court. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the cocktails at the bar! The bed was very comfortable, the heating excellent, and the minibar was well stocked and very affordable. The owners take care with every aspect from hand designed furniture to a serving breakfast in a COVID-safe manner. Warm croissants were a delight.

Right by the river (which sounded lovely at night-time) yet wonderfully quiet. Lovely garden surrounds including two pretty free-ranging chickens. Short walk to all town facilities, parkland, shops and pub!Nice little deck for drinks or a cuppa with a great view of the garden.
