Welcoming and helping staff, every corner of the hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, they bake their own croissants and you wake up to that smell in the morning. Location was great, streets away from bars and restaurants and 20 minutes walking distance to old Québec.

Despite the size and layout of the hotel, navigating through the areas was made easy with the with strategically located signage. In addition, we had only booked one night online, but realized we needed to stay an additional night.
