Very nice hotel in the middle of the historical city. Very comfortable rooms. The “family” room that my sister stayed with her husband and two small children was enormous and had a view to the mountains whereas my parents’ room had a view to the city center. Great place to stay. Totally recommended!

Great bed and bedding, big shower, a novelty in Europe often. The welcome we received from Marc was the best we’ve ever received, he was so warm and friendly, and continued to be as we saw him later. He is a true credit to the hotel. Close to a supermarket and restaurants, very convenient.

The rooms where very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The food in the restaurant was excellent! Top notch all round!

The staff is excellent, the breakfast offered tasty, local varieties and was served until late, the suite was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly cleaned. Having the Migros downstairs open every day until late was also extremely convenient as is the fact that you can take any train or bus right from the doorstep. Wonderful to have free parking available! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely to get a tourist discount card - this saved us money on meals out, the nearby chocolate factory etc.
