The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

Very nice, quiet, cozy hotel with friendly, helpful and polite staff. At my request, I was given a room with a balcony, which offers a very nice view. The problem with heat in my room was solved immediately and with smile. The room for two persons is not big but comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The only possible inconvenience for those who rest in the summer - the room does not have air conditioning. WiFi works impeccably. Hotel has its own pastry shop and restaurant for lunch (works till 17:00) and the food here is really the best in surrounding area. Breakfast starting at 8:00 includes outstanding bakery, few types of cheese and ham, boiled eggs, some fruits, juice and yogurt. Not very rich but tasty and nutritional. Special thanks for the musical design of the breakfast room! The morning begins with quiet piano music, which creates a good mood for the whole day. Caracalla & Friedrichsbad terme are literally in the front of hotel, you can ask for towels on the reception. Stop of the bus No. 205 that running from from train station named ‘Caracala terme’ is around the corner. Or few other buses stopped at Leopoldsplatz (Luisenstraße) in 450 m distance.
