The hotel was easy to drive to and very easy parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view over the river. I liked the price of the room. I had an easy walk to the old town area where I attended one of the best rated Christmas Markets in Europe. The staff was very helpful upon check in. The young man of Bosnian/American descent was very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciate that as I had never been to Trier before. He helped show me where to park the car and then pointed me in the right direction to get to the amazing Christmas Market. Everything went very well here, and I was happy with my stay. I will for sure stay here again if I come back some day. I mean... when I come back some day!!

Everything has been carefully considered and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. We always travel with our dog, so to find somewhere of such a high standard that was also dog friendly was a dream. We will certainly be returning when we're next in the area. The use of space, interior design, kitchenware, pellet stove and all small surprises make you wanne stay inside. The host is very friendly and helpful. Wifi signal and speed are great.
