We were also able to store our bicycles safely :) Everything was recently renovated in a lovely style, reaction to messages was quick, the check-in with keycodes unproblematic. We had nice chats with the new, very friendly owner. We can totally recommend to stay here 👍🏻😃

The bed was very comfortable, and there were two chairs available. The location is excellent in the vicinity of the Olavinlinna with a nice walk along the waterfront. There was also a nice restaurant with beer garden, we dined there and had a lovely meal. We parked in the street for free, but in the high season it is probably a good

Despite the simplicity of the rooms and facilities (it is a hostel, after all), everything worked, everything was clean and there were special little touches in decor and at breakfast. We had access to a large, clean and really cozy shared kitchen area which we were very happy to use. We didn’t try the dinner option but it was definitely nice to have. Breakfast was lovely. The space is beautiful and had a really nice spread of regular and Finnish breakfast options. We booked the place very last minute but had no issues with check in or booking an extra night. Hosts were friendly and gave us good advice. Having access to a lake and a row boat was definitely a plus.
