it’s a very nice hotel. great view. great location. this was supposed to be the family trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday but he have a emergency business trip back to US so I took kids all by myself and was worried the whole time till I get to the hotel. the staff was very helpful and friendly with all my questions and concerns and they took very good care of us. it makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable. the hotel have private van to take us to the gondola and when we are done we just call them and they come pick us up. super awesome!!! I will highly recommend this hotel and in fact we are planning to come back in the future with husband!!! thank you you guys !!!

Exceptional quality of rooms, facilities, food at this family run hotel. It has everything one can wish for! Heated pool is a gem and a lovely place to relax after some hiking in the mountains.

We checked-in late at midnight and also leave at midnight because of bus schedule. The hotel helps us with everything to make things work out pretty well. We spent out time at spa to wait fir midnight bus. Also reservation for paragliding, cheese fondue and kept our forgotten camera. All staffs are very nice with helping hand. Best moment in Chamonix!!

旅館就在小鎮最熱鬧街道旁邊的巷子裏，鬧中取靜。巷子的出口處就是一間大型超市，需要任何東西只需要步行1分鐘就能買到，超級方便，地下室有免費的公共按摩池和桑拿可以使用，性價比極高，非常推薦！！

位置极佳，出火车站50米，到哪里都近。从阳台正好看到雪山，景色好。有桑拿，可惜没有准备泳衣就没去。前台服务人员态度非常好，耐心细致地给我们解答各种问题。
