Particularly loved the rugs and chairs. Comfortable bed with good quality crisp white sheets. Slept soundly thanks to shutters, double-glazed windows and dark curtains. It appealed greatly to my step daughter and her BF who were travelling with us. It's location is excellent right in the heart of Orleans which is a lovely city. It's also very close to the car park which is handy when you have luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Breakfast was nice.AlisonFamily with young children

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. The breakfast settings were wonderful for the type of hotel. The roof terrace was a good place to enjoy a wine while looking over the rooftops and cathedral although a struggle to maintain a tray over 4 floors.
