Fantastic staff. The most friendly staff I have come across. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and how it was dealt with was excellent and the person who looked in brought a portable fan. The breakfast was also very good and extremely comfortable bed.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff were excellent. I contacted them beforehand to see if we could leave our luggage. Everyone I met were so welcoming. The location of this apartment was brilliant for the Christmas market and shopping. So central and across the road from Grand Central station. The facilities were great, bathrobe, games, tea, coffee etc. and the bed was massive and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Birmingham. We were fascinated with the ceiling to floor windows and spent way too much time just staring out to the city!
