Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and plenty of off-road parking for all guests.

Exceptional. The location worked well for me - a c. 10 quid taxi ride into Canterbury - had plenty of parking room. There was a forest to explore and pigs to see. It was really beautiful and peaceful! The host was wonderful and welcoming and made a fantastic full English breakfast to order in the morning (plus, there was cereal, etc.). The room was comfortable and modern and everything worked like it should! Would highly recommend.

The hotel offers a full English breakfast combined with continental self-service buffet. The cocktail bar offers a range of Classic and Signature cocktails along with a selection of local beers, wines and spirits.

Our room was very quiet and cool, though one of the hotest day of this hot summer, lovely old style room (4 poster bed and lovely lead windows) but fitted with modern and comfortable equipment. Wonderful night, followed by an amazing breakfast .

Great furniture and interior design. Spacious living room space, newly furnished kitchen and the bed rooms were big enough for 3 couples. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we received clear instructions on using the keys and parking spaces, and some lovely arrival snacks to start our holiday.

Incredibly beautiful historic property, from the outside. Inside didn’t seem to match up. Deserves better interior design. Lodges are good, little home from home, feel huge due to clever floor plans.
