The best part of our stay was the host, we felt super welcomed. The check in and check out process were easy. The breakfast was AMAZING, really worth the price. The area is beautiful and is easy to get everywhere. The town has really nice restaurants. We super recommend this place!

In a beautiful, tranquil location in picturesque Drumnadrochit, beside one of the most famous and romantic stretches of water in the world, this traditional Scottish hotel dates back to around 1740.
Set in acres of woodland, the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel is 14 miles from Inverness. With walks and cycle trails to nearby Urquhart Castle, the hotel makes a great base from which to explore the Highlands.

The hotel was just perfect. We stayed in the old part of the building and while everything was a bit old it created a nice flair. We would recommend to anyone who does not expect a modern hotel. Staff was super friendly :)

Had a 4 bunk dorm to myself with a shared ensuite shower and bathroom, all super clean and well kept. Kitchen was huge with plenty of space for prepping and eating. Pub next door but I had food with me. Beds super comfy, and scenery gorgeous, river running just behind the building.

Thes are absolutely fantastic all the privacy of your own room but with the added bonus of a well-stocked shared kitchen. Lovely little posh garden sheds with an ensuite shower room. Everything you need in the accommodation. Gorgeous views from your own seating area. Plenty of parking. Right in the centre of the little village so close to everything.

The log burner made it extra cosy but also had electric heaters in each room so lovely and warm. The grounds are gorgeous with short walk and seating areas along the river bank.
