If you have to catch a flight very early in the morning this has to be your choice. The hotel is 15 minutes by bus from Heathrow terminals, from underground and from Elizabeth's line. Big and comfortable beds, very good shower and coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. In spite you can see the planes the hotel es full quiet. No planes noises. There are a pub, a restaurant and a coffee shop in the hotel lobby. And if you want a quick meal you just nèd to cross the road and there is a Mc Donald's. And a special sentence for Lourdes from the desktop, she have been so kind and helpful on our arrival.

rooms are pretty clean, the lobby layout is very open and nice. amazing amazing location if you’re traveling from T4 heathrow, we had a lot of suitcases and the concierge dropped us off at our check in gate with a golf cart through a tunnel that connects T4 to the hotel, he then came back 10 minutes later with a trolley full of our bags, exceptional service! he even weighed each suitcase prior to bringing them to the terminal to make sure nothing had extra weight! i wish i got his name, he made our stay extremely comfortable!
