Access to accommodation was good, similarly parking too. The Blossom restaurant with bar was spacious with very attractive, comfortable interior and terrace seating that had distant lake views. The key box system seems a little odd at first, but is in fact very convenient and easy to use. The proximity to the church - and particularly the bell chimes every quarter - are fine if you want that traditional, country feel. Perhaps less so if you're a light sleeper. The usual problems with operating the shower tap, but nowadays this is only to be expected and is the fault of the interior designer and manufacturer, not the hotel

I liked the convenience of the hotel and the drinks garden was lovely in the sunshine - we felt it was a little intrusive with the car park being right outside the bedroom door but it was very affordable so we knew we weren't expecting top luxury. Overall a brilliant stay.
