Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows.

We had 2 bookings for this trip for a group of 10 people! James was very accomodating and helped us with everything,m. Even gave us amazing tips for our next stops in Portree. The guest house has a perfect location near the Atholl Wiskey Distillery, restaurants and town center. The place felt very homey and clean.

Right at the heart of Pitlochry but set back from the high street it has lots of character and is very cosy. The working mill at the side and lovely beer garden alongside make it unique. We had a standard room but it was very luxurious - well designed with a sumptuous bed, full wardrobe/dressing table and one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever had in a hotel. The service is second to none and the food amazing and reasonably priced. We will stay longer next time.
