The Swanage Haven Boutique Guest House is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 1 mile from the centre of the seaside town of Swanage. The exclusively adult-only Victorian town house is just 20 minutes’ walk from the Swanage Steam Railway.

A very pretty and well decorated house and a good location to start walks e.g. to Old Harry Rocks. Very good breakfast. Tina, her sister and staff were very welcoming.

Stunning sea views are offered at this cliff-top hotel overlooking Swanage Bay. With private steps down to the beach, The Pines provides free parking and full English breakfasts.

Light and traditionally furnished, every room at The Pines Hotel has a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. A private bathroom is featured in each room, while some boast balconies overlooking the sea. All rooms are accessible by lift apart from the ground floor rooms that are accessible by 3 steps.

The location is wonderful. Views are amazing and you can walk on the shore to get to town. The beach area is less packed than closer to town which is very nice. There is a place to get evening drinks in the lobby and the staff there were absolutely lovely and very helpful

Beautiful Grade II listed building of two halves, spanning centuries. Luxury facilities and products for guests to use. The garden is exceptional. It was lovely to occupy a property where dogs are welcome, and have the freedom to roam the grounds. The eclectic decor, including a plethora of mounted antlers and a large Emre Yusufi statue, was fascinating. Maybe not to everyone’s taste, but if you appreciate the “more is more” style it will not disappoint!

Really lovely holiday let in the best location- close to everything but blissfully quiet! Just a 5 minute walk to the town and sea in swanage. Gorgeous old stone cottage for the authentic purbeck experience. We had some rainy days but the cottage had everything we needed for chill out days. Lovely host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will definitely go back to this home from home.

The lady on reception was lovely. It clearly is well looked after. The bar and dining area are lovely and the view over the bay is stunning. The garden is beautiful and there's a stairway down to the beach which was nice for a walk into town. My room was very clean (102) nice size for a single room, shower is decent. The view is a house opposite, but if you sit on the bed near the wall you get a fantastic bit view of the bay and beach. There is a mini gym sauna and plunge pool. Food and drink is reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Truly magnificent, unusual internal decore including sumptupus beds, generous bathrooms, theatrical collections of shells, glass, antlers, art. Don't mention the boxer in the room. Totally wonderful but intimate designer garden with many places to sit. Like Beauty & the Beast's place.

The location for the hostel is amazing. You can go anywhere by foot, which is brilliant! Everything was really clean and the self catering facilities seemed really lovely, even though I only used the shared fridge and the water refill station. Absolutely loved the sitting room - very calming and classy!
