The Swanage Haven Boutique Guest House is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 1 mile from the centre of the seaside town of Swanage. The exclusively adult-only Victorian town house is just 20 minutes’ walk from the Swanage Steam Railway.

Fabulous guest house in great location with parking and at a good price .Our hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us Room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean with a nice bed and linen with tea / coffee, fridge and bottled water. En-suite bathroom equally nicely decorated, clean and modern. Breakfast was really lovely with an excellent selection and beautifully cooked and presented . The added facility of a bar was great to use on our return from evening meal and to be able to relax in the lounge. If we had more holiday we would have definitely stayed on !! Thoroughly recommended and we'll definitely be back.

Stunning sea views are offered at this cliff-top hotel overlooking Swanage Bay. With private steps down to the beach, The Pines provides free parking and full English breakfasts.

Light and traditionally furnished, every room at The Pines Hotel has a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. A private bathroom is featured in each room, while some boast balconies overlooking the sea. All rooms are accessible by lift apart from the ground floor rooms that are accessible by 3 steps.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is wonderful. With a great view of the sea and a walk down to the beach from the garden and an amazing coastal walk to Studland nearby. The facilities are good - a really comfortable bed. And Breakfast is decent.

The location was spot on....close to the town and beach. Such friendly hosts.... Claire even offered us some chicken from the BBQ they were having. We've been travelling around the UK over the past fortnight and this was the most comfortable bed of the lot. We also loved the interior design. Good work.

Vast amount of space for a Swanage property and no compromise on facilities. Two bathrooms, endless wardrobe/storage space, loads of coat hangers, a safe, fully equipped kitchen, blackout blinds where necessary, mirrors, comfortable beds, lovely balcony for the sunset, all your washing, ironing and cleaning facilities, not even a 5 minute walk into town, designated parking space

The property is located close to the beach, the shops, pubs, and restaurants. There was a designated parking spot outside the property for when we wanted to go out and explore further afield which we did. On entering the apartment we were delighted with the accommodation, the cleanliness, furnishings, the comfort and overall welcome we felt (with a welcome gift from our hosts, a lovely cake and milk in the fridge). Our hosts seem to have thought of and provided everything to ensure a comfortable stay.

Truly magnificent, unusual internal decore including sumptupus beds, generous bathrooms, theatrical collections of shells, glass, antlers, art. Don't mention the boxer in the room. Totally wonderful but intimate designer garden with many places to sit. Like Beauty & the Beast's place.

The location was superb with lovely sea views and the breakfasts were fantastic. The Hotel's re-decoration is in progress and what has already been done is very tasteful with wonderful interior design in keeping with the age of the property.
