The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Was only there for a night, but the bed was comfortable and I really like how we didn’t need a key, just a code to the front door and to your own room, no need to carry a card/ key around and panicking if your going to lose it!
