The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thanks. Hopefully see you again soon

Ideal location for a one night stay to see a concert at the Halls in Wolverhampton. Room was lovely and clean, bed nice and comfy and lovely hot shower. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a late night drink in the onsite bar after the concert. Budget friendly hotel that does what it says on the tin.

The design of the room was lovely, facilities were really nice and unexpected, had a microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and an AC stand. Was only there for a night, but the bed was comfortable and I really like how we didn’t need a key, just a code to the front door and to your own room, no need to carry a card/ key around and panicking if your going to lose it! The bathroom was small but again we were only there for one night so it met our needs. Very clean!
