Situated in scenic Makrinitsa, the 19th-century Archontiko Repana - Makrinitsa Stone Retreat features traditional rooms with free Wi-Fi overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf or Mount Pelion. The homemade breakfast is served in the rustic dining room or in the garden.

Makrinitsa attracts you immediately with its magnificent view and fresh air. You feel happy and easeful in this village. We stayed twice in Archontiko Repana on different dates, this traditional historical mansion is magnificently decorated. Immaculate and all facilities available. And the home owner Ms. Demi, this wonderful lady warmly welcomed us. She is incredibly hospitable and kind. The breakfast, pastries and all other foods (and of course baklava) she prepared with her hands were so delicious. It was really "harika" to meet her. We miss our talks with her in the inn-yard. We look forward to being your guest again or meeting somewhere. ευχαριστώ για όλα

Kritsa is well-known in the area for its restaurant. At the restaurant's beautiful dining room the visitor can enjoy the authentic local dishes. A Greek Breakfast is daily offered, according to season. It includes various bread and cheese types, an array of pies and local sweet treats.

A wonderful hotel, with rooms overlooking the lovely main square. Service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. The restaurant food for lunch/dinner was superb. Our room was on the top floor on a corner with two rooms. It had a lovely view of the square and Volos. I would return.

Makrinitsa Village is a perfect 10 out of 10! The family running this hotel is absolutely amazing. Voula is incredibly friendly and accommodating; it's always easy to communicate with her. The room is spacious with breathtaking views. The owner provides firewood for the fireplace, allowing guests to enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. The entire house is stylishly decorated with a design that truly captivates the heart. Everything was superb, and I will always fondly remember our stay at this wonderful hotel.

We really like the location and the view from our balcony which looked the port of Patitiri. Really nicely designed rooms, especially we liked a roof fan in our room that saved us from the heat and we didn’t have to use the air conditioner we don’t prefer in general. Very clean, very polite and professional staff

First of all, I need to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the owners! Thank you so much. The rooms are very neat and clean (also the design is very nice). Relaxing mattress and renovated bathroom with abundant amenities. Excellent breakfast with local specialties. Great location above the main square. For pet owners: A really pet friendly hotel! Overall, the experience was great. I strongly recommend the hotel (value for money). I would definitely come back to stay!

The place is amazing. The view is breathtaking and the design of the room is beautifull! There is a really special feel staying in this room. Breakfast was extraordinary, with local products and delicious treats to try... And we also checked out early on the last day and the "to go" basket thay made for us was just lovely! Only pay attention that its a challanging 100 steps to get to the room, so I wouldn't recommend it if this might be a problem...
