He upgraded my room and arranged a lovely gesture (see the image). Karibia Boutique Hotel needs to promote this man! My ratings are based upon his professionalism. Bambang is the blueprint for success for any hotel. Thank you, my friend 👊

Lobby area is nicely designed facing the main road. The hotel is well located opposite of Tip Top Restaurant, and beside Tjong Ah Fie mansion (Medan former mayor). And the tain station is in walkable distance as well, with train service heading to Kuala Namu airport.

Wifi is great, bed super comfy, warm shower (if you need that), and of course a pool… 😍 Perfect for a layover close to the airport and: the airport shuttle is for free every hour = awesome!

Most local taxi and shared rides knows where it is. The swimming pool was good. If you travel with young children to cool down in the hot humid days.
