This is a very charming boutique hotel (an old Portuguese house renovated). The owner Roy and his wife manage the place very well. The room was big, calm and it has all the amenities one would need. Roy has well thought of people needs and ensures that one gets lots of water bottles, fridge space and cafe/tea sachets etc. Internet works very well. The breakfast was copious including some special dishes. Roy is also very helpful to plan your travels depending upon the time one would be spending here. He also suggest the best places to eat and have a cafe/drink and the times ones visit. He gave us many lovely tips which helped us save a lot of money for travels. One would not need a guide. The place is so well located to walk around all the major areas in Panjim. Amazing value for money.

After one month in Goa, I can easily say this is by far the best place we have stayed in. The cleanliness is unbeatable, you will see their standard in very little other places. Dala the manager is the sweetest and the most professional Indian that has crossed our way, taking an extraordinary care about her guests and even their personalised needs, we did fully trust her and other staff too. Location is very central, not far from the beach, not noisy. There are even 2 bigger supermarkets just meters away which also is not a standard around other towns in the state. Goa has general electricity problems but during our week stay at Albuquerque the Wifi had worked well enough for us to be able to do videoconferencing without interruptions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent and trustworthy place which seem to be very rare. Thank you for everything!

Traditional Indian Deco although hotel was going through minor upgrades. Staff were awesome, please don’t let any people tell u any different. Great location on the beach with a cracking beach bar on site

This was the absolute hidden gem in India. Imagine an idyllic place, arranged with great taste (original old Indian style - every room is a piece of art!), in the middle of a coconut tree garden, green and flowers everywhere. With hosts who do everything to make your stay perfect Spotless clean - the rooms and the entire house. Speechless. Awesome pool Very close to the sea - you have your own private route to the beach Incredible fresh and tasty breakfast, in a great atmosphere (spoiler alert - coconut water every morning from the backyard !) Filtered water available at any time Excellent wifi Quiet. Just so quiet. You can hear your thoughts. The hosts are well aware of best European standards and you can see that at every moment Gym outside for who wants to exercise, but i took the pool Great garden and pool view, with common space balcony Lots of great recommendations for outside activities I just dont have enough words to explain how perfect everything was. We will definetely come back.
