The restoration is impressive, the ambience is fabulous and the view of the vineyards from our room was beautiful. It is worth getting up just before Dawn to watch the sun rise, wander around through the olive trees and through the grape vines. Also make sure you arrive before sunset, as this is stunning here also. It is a romantic place.

Located high above vineyards and olive groves with mountains in the distance it's stunning. Rooms are unique and beautifully restored, but with modern twists.

Our room felt luxurious while sympathetic to it’s past too. The golden snails and bees were a lovely touch. They were being installed during our stay. The room where we had breakfast was my favourite. Full of trinkets and curiosities to keep you occupied while you eat. It’s set up for destination weddings and it would be wonderful for that.
