Exceptional property with great history. Well maintained with excellent staff. Fabrizia was exceptionally helpful with guiding us around the property and also helped us out with bus tickets, maps of Florence and what not to miss with the kids. She also booked us in a close by restaurant for one night for dinner!

Absolutly stunning place in Tuscany. Up on the hill with amazing view on the Florence city. Swimmingpool available all day and wvening to watch sunset. Very nice breakfast in the garden. Friendly stuff and owners. Travelling with my dog. Very large room, with fridge, bar, local pizza for dinner. Wine for sale.

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay and loved our stay very much. The family-run villa is excellently maintained and living in a medieval villa Made of stones is definitely a great experience. All members of the owner's family are so friendly and always with a nice smile. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of breads, hams and is serviced by super friendly staffs. With a nice view to the Tuscany mountains, every morning's breakfast is a very enjoying experience. The location of the villa is also excellent for us. With a car, it is ca. 30 minutes drive from Florence and you can also drive easily to other Tuscany towns, like Siena. The town Can Casciano is amazing too, it is small but with a good amount of lovely local restaurants. In the center of the little town, there is also a big kids' playground area, which of course suits perfectly for us with a two-year old child.

It was simply amazing .. from the moment we arrived the service was second to none .. the facilities, the staff, the location, the food, it was simply superb .. we travelled from NZ and had visited several other countries before coming to Florence and the experience at the Art Hotel Villa Agape was simply the best 10/10

They thought about absolutely everything. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the design and light fixtures are really beautiful and the kitchen is like a dream for someone who likes to cook. They have absolutely everything you need from breakfast to dinner. And although we didnt use it, the barbeque was amazing. The location is quiet, the rooms are dark and the showers are lovely. Here you'll feel real Italy. We have no problems with parking on same street (maybe just lucky). Anyhow, there is a parking lot on the square 100 meters from apartment, but beware to not use it on Saturday - from 0600 there is a weekly market. Owner is very friendly and will share all necessary info.

Our apartment was in a building with a few others, with a nice view of a pool and Tuscany fields. Modern design, very clean and fresh furniture. Special thanks for very very comfortable beds and pillows! The staff is extremely helpful, we had a few requests which were seamlessly and quickly solved. We came by car and visited Firenze a few times. If you plan to do the same, I recommend parking at Pacheggio Beccaria and doing food shopping at Coop.fi Gaviana.
