Elisa and Marco were incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and just perfect for us. The lovely pool was a well needed addition in July. The villa is further away from the harbour and centre, but it wasn't an issue for us. If anything, it was good to be further from the very touristy areas and enjoy food in the same restaurants locals eat at.

The host was wonderful. very friendly, gave lots of explanations and could answer all and any questions we had. gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. the location is perfect as quite quiet yet close to the train station.

An amazing view was the best part! I was also in an accident while in Italy so I arrived with a cast on my arm. The family couldn’t have been more accommodating to me and my husband. We were able to take a ferry to the Cinque Terre spots. The views are beautiful from the boat. Great restaurants in the villages. The hosts help with explaining where to go and what to do. We were there 4 days.

Le Ville Relais has a stunning situation with the entire harbour below. The staff are second to none - very attentive and kind.

Everything was perfect in our room, the bed super comfortable. The host Elettra she was very kind and explained us a lot about cinque terre. Giving us advices about transport and some good places to eat. Le 5 terre la spezia is a great option to stay and visit Cinqueterre.

We liked everything! Federica and her father were exceedingly kind, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given great tourist advice and thoroughly enjoyed our experience in La Spezia. The property was well appointed, colourful, joyful and welcoming. The whole suite was spacious. We felt very welcome and were afforded free parking in the property whilst we ventured around Cinque Terra.

位置极佳，离火车站很近，但是并不吵。酒店不远就是步行街，走一段路就能到海边码头。luca热情接待了我们，并详细为我们介绍了当地玩法以及美味的餐厅。卫生间里放置的架子样式的凳子非常好，洗澡时可以放置衣服物品，小细节很周到。
