The staff were exceptional! The woman who checked us in was very personable and helpful, and pushed the hotel from "great" to "exceptional". The location is also perfect for anything you want to do or see in the city.

It had a lovely entry and the view from the room overlooked the ocean and on clear days you could see Mt. Fiji. The room was transformed from sitting room to bedroom seamlessly. It is a 2nd floor of a condo converted to a mini hotel just before the Tokyo Olumpics 2020 (which were ruined by COVID19, as you know). So in 2021 it was very fresh, in 2022 it is still not bad. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice design, a choice of both family rooms, and value rooms for large groups.
