A wonderful traditional experience. The staff were so friendly and the food was plentiful - dinner was amazing. We also loved having the onsen on-site - a lovely time was had relaxing there for a little while!

Excellent place to stay. When you arrive at the hotel, the staff immediately gives you the impression you’re more than welcomed. Great service, wonderful rooms with an authentic style and a great atmosphere. Everyone truly cares for you. The food was delicious. We loved it and would have loved to stay longer.

I like the location the most. It is just in front of the train station and the bus station. The convenience store (Family Mart) is just below the hotel. It open 24 hours. The staffs are very attentive. The room is very nice and clean. Overall I enjoy my stay.

Lovely rooms, quiet and dark at night, all very clean and well maintained. Excellent location within walking distance to station and all attractions, such as river, market, and old town shops and restaurants, and right next door to a Family Mart. Appreciated the free evening drink. Also great to have a coin laundry on site.
