Location is good and neighborhood is quiet. Love the courtyard. The room is cozy and bathroom has a good hot and cold shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free hotel transfer from the airport since we booked for 3 nights.

Very nice, cozy and clean hotel. The room are occupied with everything needed, the stuff was very polite and considerate. Breakfast was really good, and the fresh baked bread which was served - omg, unforgetable!!! So if there will be a chance for us to go back to Almaty, we will surely choose the same hotel to stay at:))))
