The hotel is reachable by car, the taxi from the bus station costs only 30 dhr (you don't wanna carry your luggage up and down through the Medina with the heat, believe me). Dar Sababa was a lovely riad to stay in. Our room was smallish but perfect. We felt very comfortable there and loved the traditional feel to the place. We liked everything. The place is high up, so a nice view is guaranteed. The dar can be a bit difficult to find but that goes for most of the hotels in Chefchaouen. Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was very nice. Also, unlike in some guesthouses in Morocco, it had a door, so privacy was guaranteed, haha. The hosts were very kind and helpful as well and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was typically Moroccan and very nice.
