Cameron Highlands Resort was amazing. I travel regularly, but never have I experienced such excellent service and well trained staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant/bar waiters, to the room attendant, ... every single person was so welcoming and caring. The colonial building itself is beautiful and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the high tea, cozy evenings at the fireplace, and the delicious breakfast.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The impression and service you receive here feels like 5 stars thanks to the very friendly, competent, and utmost professional staff here. Everyone is trying to help and assist you in any way so that you feel comfortable. The ceilings are high in the rooms which gives you a spacious feeling. The breakfast was great, they offer authentic Malay food and the tea + coffee was just perfect! The dining area/hall has plenty of space and isn't congested like in other dining rooms. The tables are spaced out well. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Cozy, classic feel. Had everything. Don't understand why people bash the breakfast when it is a 3* hotel. Room was very comfy and huge! We got the view of Mount Brinchang from our balcony. Every night was cool @ 17/18°C. Had snooker table. Fitness centre, library, business centre.. Cafe.. Just a drive out is Tanah Rata centre, with pasar malam and lots of cafe and eateries.. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and separate shower area. Small spread of local fried rice, noodles, western breakfast with selection of coffee, tea, orange and guava juice. Please don't expect 6* from a 3* hotel. Feels a 4* for us. Family wanna book the same room next time we're coming back. 👍🏼
