We were offered a bottle of wine and local candies on welcome. The little town of Veere is gorgeous, as well as Zeeland is.

It’s an old house, but lovely atmosphere and a beautiful garden. We had a little issue with towels, although the booking states that bed linen and towels are extra and what bed linen cost, it doesn’t say that even if you pay for the bed linen, the towels are not included. Though it doesn’t give you an extra price for towels either. Which means you assume it is the price for both. Gladly this was solved quick and without hassle.

It was lovely to be in the country and to hear just the birds - no traffic - and the kids playground was a hit with our 4 year old daughter. Fresh Brötchen and coffee each morning from the little onsite shop & lazy days spent in the sunshine playing with the children on the well maintained grounds, or at one of the many sandy beaches just a short drive away. We will definitely come back again.
