We took the Aurlandfjord cruise and make decision to stay at flam for a night. I believe I made the right decision to select Flam Marina as the terrace view is face right to the front of the Fjord. We have the pleasant stay before moving to Flambana train line on the next day.

Brekke Gard’s fresh, simple rooms feature wooden floors and bright décor. Bathroom facilities are shared.

I stayed in the red house. The house made me feel like in another time. It's a tipical norwegian house, with a lot of old and well preserve furniture, but also it has all modern comodities. The kitchen was huge all well equipped, there were a lot of bathrooms and common spaces. The rooms and the entire house were very clean and the view of the Brekke waterfall from my room window was amazing. The location of this place is great, a nice walking distance from the center and the fiords.

Amazing location, cannot fault how close it is to everything. Very lovely rooms and designs. Slightly dated but it suits the vibe and feels very authentic. The staff are reserved but very professional and friendly.

I liked everything about this place. It was a guesthouse but like a boutique hotel and like my home.A very comfy bed, a great kitchen and spacious common area with a breathtaking view made me feel happy and relaxed. The owners keep working really hard to make this place clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place.

The cabin is a slice of heaven! If you would like to be surrounded by waterfalls, mountains, nature, clear starry nights and absolute peace- this is the place to be. The photographs do not do this place justice. We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is well designed, cosy and warm and stylish. We didn’t see or hear anyone throughout our stay, we truly felt we were in the heart of nature. The mum looking after and running the cabins is warm and welcoming and very lovely. We did not want to leave and are already planning our next stay.

Good location Apartments are small and fairly basic in design but in a good location - beautiful views and less than 15 minute walk to all attractions. Apartments upstairs do not have access to a private outside area but there are picnic tables outside for general use. Only one supermarket in Flam so go early as shelves nearly empty by the time we got there in the evening. Flam definitely worth a visit as stunning scenery.
