This was the cleanest and most well thought out property I have ever stayed in. They went over the top with providing extra amenities we did not expect and the location was within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. Everything was excellent, from the friendliness of the woman at the front desk, to the complimentary towels for the hot pools. I can’t rave about this place enough. We can’t wait to come back. 😁

Location was great and the outdoor living spaces were excellent. The rooms were big enough and the house was well designed so stayed lovely and cool downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could need and the kids had a lot of fun on the tyre swing outside.

We were greeted and upgraded into a lovely room which seemed like a nice quiet time we chose to stay there , for my birthday and wedding anniversary with our child. The room was overlooking beautiful animal farm and was spacious, light, warm (it was still winter), welcoming and have had a very good design, snacks and facilities for drinks, light meals making. We loved the beds, very comfortable. The spa in a bathroom was a real surprise highlight. We enjoyed TV watching too. We enjoyed restaurant next door and lovely areas outside to play.

Very central quiet (apart from the neighbours) location, with lovely peaceful outlook over the gardens to the hills beyond. Good supply of tea bags, wonderfully large mugs to make it in, and the milk was supplied in a small UHT box rather than the ridiculous small tubs it often is. Space to hang up the bath towel, bath mat and hand towel, including a heated towel rail. Accessible bathroom, designed for people with a disability. Rubbish bin had separate compartments for recycling and waste.
