这是我在新西兰住过的卫生状况最好的，最干净的motel，尤其check in的时候，工作人员帮我们免费升级到了2卧室套房，实在是太棒了。床品和床也非常舒适，床品是白色的，不是普通motel那种深色的，所以床品100%是每个客户都更换的，厨房设备一应俱全，非常实用，客厅也很大，很宽敞，我们非常喜欢。酒店位置也很好，到温泉非常近，而且motel外观非常漂亮。最值得表扬的是motel的工作人员，我把我的钱包和电脑充电器遗忘在了酒店房间抽屉里，工作人员帮我拿到后立刻就去邮局帮我寄了回来，真的是太神速了，我已经收到了我的钱包和充电器，真的是太感谢了。我想我和我的家人一定会再次入住，也会推荐给我的朋友们。谢谢你们的服务和帮助！ This is the cleanest and best-maintained motel I've ever stayed in New Zealand, especially during check-in. The staff upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite with no extra charge, which was fantastic. The bed linens and beds were very comfortable, and the fact that the bed linens were white, not the usual dark colors you find in most motels, meant that they were replaced for each customer. The kitchen was fully equipped and very practical, and the living room was spacious and comfortable - we loved it. The motel's location is also great, very close to the hot springs, and the exterior of the motel is very attractive. The most praiseworthy aspect, however, is the motel's staff. I left my wallet and laptop charger in the room drawer, and the staff promptly found them and immediately mailed them back to me. Their response was incredibly swift, and I have already received my wallet and charger. I'm very grateful for their help. I'm sure my family and I will stay here again, and I'll also recommend it to my friends. Thank you for your service and assistance!

The view was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the birdlife visiting the beautiful gardens. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. Very clean room with some added touches to make the stay memorable. Loved all of the efforts the hosts are making to be considerate of the environment. Ample breakfast (fresh wild blackberries were amazing!) The garden gate opens onto the Conical Hill track - a lovely 30 min walk through forest on a wide, well maintained track.

This was the cleanest and most well thought out property I have ever stayed in. They went over the top with providing extra amenities we did not expect and the location was within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. Everything was excellent, from the friendliness of the woman at the front desk, to the complimentary towels for the hot pools. I can’t rave about this place enough. We can’t wait to come back. 😁

Great location. Having the onsite restaurant is awesome. Great to have breakfast included in the price and the meals are excellent. Makes for a truly relaxing stay.
