The hotel was within walking distance to the train station and they kindly kept our luggage until we could check into our room. Our room overlooked the fast flowing river which was amazing . The breakfast was great and the room overlooked the river as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

This was the best hotel ever! They sent an whatsapp message asking my train time in order to have someone from the hotel there waiting to carry our luggage. Our bedroom was exactly as the photos showed and with an amazing view to the river! The shower had a good pressure and had hot water. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fruits, bread, jam, juices, yogurt, coffee etc. The hotel is well located and it's close to the bus stop that take you to Machu Picchu. They have a great restaurant and there were always coca and muña teas available at the reception or they offered to take up to our room as well. The hotel provided towels for free to be used at the thermal waters. The surroundings are safe and you can walk on the streets at any time. As we visited Machu Picchu in the morning, we checked out and left our luggages in the hotel. They kindly had someone from the hotel at the train station with our luggages so we didn't need to go back there only to take them. The best service ever!

Reception (Michelle) were incredibly helpful. They gave advice and guidance on how to navigate our trip up to Machu Picchu and also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. Check in time was also great at midday.

Also, you can hear noises or people talking between the rooms, i think they dont have a good design to keep noise reduction. To summarize it's well located near to the train station and many restaurants.

(Very tasteful style) Bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower was perfectly hot and the breakfast exactly what you needed before a day of hiking.
