The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.

Amazing hot shower - good pressure, very hot water. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small heater in the room, which definitely helped to keep the room warmer, taking in account that it was -2-4C outside at night. Breakfast was simple but decent - scrambled egg, fresh juice, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee, etc. Staff was very nice and sweet, I think they spoke only Spanish (though I didn't try any English with them) The internet also worked well, though I didn't use it much

Conde de Lemos was very helpful during our stay in Puno. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was our favourite part as it allowed us to look over the city in comfort. The staff was accommodating to our every need and allowed us to check in early for an extra fee which was very helpful when arriving at 5 AM.

At Uros Samarana Uta Lodge they provide an authentic and unique experience to get to know the Uros community and their way of living. They are very open to answer questions and to explain and describe their lives. The facilities are very good and the room are amazing, with great choice of design and most amazing views. They also provide hot water for showers and heating inside the lodge, which is great especially in cold winters. We definitely recommend going fishing with them as it is a unique experience!

Compared to other accommodation options on the floating islands, our room was definitely a luxury option.

Looked after us, we didn't need to do anything, food sorted, activities and tours sorted. Welcomed us into the community, it was a privilege to be there. The views from our room and our outside terrace with bed was stunning! It was also nice to eat dinner with the other guests and get to know them, there was a lovely group there. We spent a night on the uros islands in a homestay prior to our stay here and the hotel is right next to the port used for the pick up and drop off. Breakfast at this hotel is outstanding, best in our month in Peru. Loved the jacuzzi in the spa area. Staff were very helpful and service was excellent. Overall a great 5 star stay.

The panoramic view is spectacular with wonderful sunsets. the accommodation is perfect - a lovely terrace, the most comfortable bed with thick quilts to keep you warm at night and plenty of hot water for the shower. Eder and his family are very welcoming ( and do not live in such luxury ) with the most gorgeous children. We enjoyed catching trout together and there are other islands to visit too.
