The hotel is right in the historical center of Guimarães but still offers parking (100m down the road). The room was absolutely fantastic, so comfortable and neat. We had a gorgeous balcony opened to the pedestrian street below, the bed had 3 different sort of pillows to choose from, I couldn’t fault anything. The staff was extremely cordial and kind, especially considering my husband’s mishap at breakfast when he spilled coffee all over the counter (we’re terribly sorry). They were all lovely to us from the first minute to the last! Great impression since it’s our first time in the city, but we’ll definitely be back and stay here again!

It is close (walking distance) to almost all landmarks, also close to the bus station (if you need to take the bus). Very nice and clean room. The breakfast is standard (you can not personalise it), but very delicious. The staff is very kind and trying to acomodate you the best way possible. 10 out of 10!
