Nothing was too much trouble at this property. We were upgraded to a superior room which was nice. It was large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large. They gave you complimentary hats and a tote bag which was a nice gesture. All the amenities were great. The pool area was very clean and pool towels were provided. The breakfast and dinner we had was beautiful and plentiful.

Alex at the pizza bar was very friendly and makes the best cocktails! The lagoons were lovely, the pool is refreshing, and the domes are really clean and nicely designed and decorated.
